Free Shipping & Delivery Policy

We appreciate your business and always work to get your decals delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is made to order in our shop and shipped with tracking.

Processing Time

Because all of our decals are custom made after you order, processing usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on the size and quantity of your order. We’ll ship your package as soon as it’s ready.

Free Shipping within the USA – No Duties or Extra Taxes

We offer free shipping to the USA on most orders.

  • Orders ship with USPS (Ground Advantage® or Priority Mail®), or an equivalent tracked service.
  • CUSMA duty-free for U.S. customers – no additional import duties on qualifying orders.
  • Typical delivery time: 3–9 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping within Canada

Orders shipping within Canada include free Expedited Parcel service.

  • Shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or a comparable tracked service.
  • Typical delivery time: 3–8 business days, depending on your province.

International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)

We’re happy to ship our decals worldwide and have recently lowered our international shipping rates by using a tracked packet air service (via ChitChats and partner carriers).

  • Available to many countries including most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea.
  • Most small decals ship for about $10 with tracked packet air.
  • Larger graphics and big decal kits are typically $15–$25, depending on package size and destination.
  • Typical delivery time is around 6–14 business days, but this can vary by country and customs processing.
  • Please note: for orders shipped outside the USA and Canada, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees charged by your country’s customs agency are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the final size/weight of the package.

Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. The tracking page shows the most up-to-date information we have access to—our team sees the same scans that you do.

Shipping Delays & Customs Inspections

On rare occasions—especially during holiday seasons or extreme weather—carriers may take longer than usual to deliver packages. International orders may also be delayed if they are held by customs for inspection in the destination country. These situations are outside of our control, but we’re always happy to help you review your tracking and see what options are available.
