We appreciate your business and always work to get your decals delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is made to order in our shop and shipped with tracking.
Because all of our decals are custom made after you order, processing usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on the size and quantity of your order. We’ll ship your package as soon as it’s ready.
We offer free shipping to the USA on most orders.
Orders shipping within Canada include free Expedited Parcel service.
We’re happy to ship our decals worldwide and have recently lowered our international shipping rates by using a tracked packet air service (via ChitChats and partner carriers).
The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the final size/weight of the package.
All shipped orders include tracking. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. The tracking page shows the most up-to-date information we have access to—our team sees the same scans that you do.
On rare occasions—especially during holiday seasons or extreme weather—carriers may take longer than usual to deliver packages. International orders may also be delayed if they are held by customs for inspection in the destination country. These situations are outside of our control, but we’re always happy to help you review your tracking and see what options are available.
