At Xtreme Digital GraphiX, all of our vehicle decal graphics are made to order using a state-of-the-art Roland eco-solvent printer. We print exclusively on high-quality films from ORAFOL®, including the ORAJET® line of digital media engineered specifically for vehicle graphics.
For side accent car, truck, semi, trailer, and boat decals we use ORAJET® 3551RA. This film features a grey, solvent-based repositionable adhesive with RapidAir® technology that makes smooth application easier and helps trapped air escape for a bubble-minimized finish. It is a 7-year, 2.75 mil high-performance polymeric film with a bright, ultra-glossy surface that produces vivid, life-like graphics. We chose this vinyl because it is very installer-friendly and small mistakes are simple to correct.

For car and truck half wraps we use ORAJET® 3951RA, a 2 mil premium cast wrap film designed specifically for complex vehicle graphics. It offers long-term durability, excellent conformability and a smooth, ultra-glossy surface for deep, vibrant colour. This material is engineered to stretch and wrap around curves, contours and rivets on vehicles.
For best results, we recommend having a professional vehicle wrap installer apply full and half wraps. If you choose to install a wrap yourself, please review our full vehicle graphics installation instructions before starting.
For our solid-colour vinyl die-cut decals we use ORACAL® 651 intermediate calendared film. At only 2.5 mil thick, this vinyl combines flexibility with up to 6 years of outdoor durability (depending on colour and conditions). It is very easy to install using the wet application method and is ideal for cut lettering, logos and stylized flame or stripe designs.
All of our printed decal graphics are protected with a high-quality 2 mil gloss laminate: ORAGUARD® 290. This premium cast laminating film offers up to 8 years of outdoor durability and adds a UV protection extension factor of up to 4 additional years when used in combination with compatible ORAJET® prints. It also improves scratch resistance and helps your graphics stay bright and glossy longer.
