Gold Lion Head Flames Decal on a Red Cargo Van

A customer from the USA recently sent us this photo of our Lion Head Flames vinyl-cut decals installed on his red cargo van. He selected gold vinyl, and we think the finished decal and its placement came out great.

The gold vinyl creates excellent contrast against the deep red paint while complementing the van’s existing gold pinstripe and wheel details. Because this is a vinyl-cut design, the red paint shows through the open areas of the lion and flames, creating a clean two-color appearance that looks like it was made specifically for this van.

Excellent Placement Across the Cargo Panels

Large cargo vans provide plenty of room for side graphics, but choosing the right position makes an important difference. This customer placed the Lion Head Flames decal across the long upper section of the cargo panels, keeping it above the black body molding and aligned with the van’s natural body lines.

The lion’s head faces toward the front of the van while the long flames flow toward the rear, giving the graphic a strong sense of movement. Even though the design crosses several door seams, the careful alignment keeps the decal flowing smoothly from one panel to the next.

Gold Vinyl Was the Perfect Color Choice

Gold was an excellent choice for this red cargo van. It stands out clearly against the paint without looking out of place, and it coordinates nicely with the van’s other gold accents. The detailed vinyl cuts around the lion’s face, mane and flame tips also remained crisp and easy to see across the large side panels.

This customer’s installation shows how the right decal color and placement can transform a plain cargo van into something much more personal and distinctive.
